Annual Meeting 2025
July 8-10, 2025 – Bogotá, Colombia
This year’s meeting offered a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences, review progress, and co-create strategies to enhance the surveillance, preparedness, and response to influenza and other respiratory viruses with epidemic and pandemic potential.
Together, through collaboration and innovation, we worked to build a more resilient and responsive public health system for our region. We appreciated your active participation and contributions throughout the event.

The main goals of the SARInet plus/REVELAC-i annual meeting are:
- Review the achievements of the SARInet plus network in terms of respiratory virus surveillance in the Region of the Americas.
- Present and discuss current challenges in terms of respiratory virus surveillance in the Region of the Americas, by component of animal-human interface, integrated epidemiological surveillance, operational research, virological and genomic research and pandemic preparedness.
- Present the progress and discuss the challenges of REVELAC-i Network for the evaluation of effectiveness and impact of vaccination against influenza and other respiratory viruses.
- Organize specific training of trainers on the framework “Mosaic”.
